Making A Purchase

Making a purchase from For Stove Glass could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order. If you prefer, you can also call us on 0800 246 1810 to place your order over the phone.

You will then be taken to our secure payment facility, Opayo our third party partner to complete your purchase.

If you do not wish to pay online over the internet (please see credit/debit card security), you may prefer to give us a call so that we can get your card information over the phone. If so then please indicate in the relevant box when completing your checkout.

When you place an order you will receive an auto generated system email confirming your order has been received by the For Stove Glass system. This does not at this stage indicate that a contract exists between us. Once your order has been received and everything has been checked, you will again receive an email from us indicating that your order has been accepted and that your order is being processed. Once you receive this email, this is confirmation of your contract between us. As part of this email you will find all the details relating to your order including pricing etc in the form of an invoice / receipt. Please keep this email for future reference as proof of purchase in case of any future problems.

Price, Payment and Availability

Whilst every effort has been made in the information and cost of every product, we reserve the right to cancel an order or change a price. Of course none of this will be done without contacting you the customer first. We have included this term to protect us in the case a genuine mistake has been made in our pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. We do not offer either credit or extended payment terms. There are no other hidden charges.

If you are a trade customer and trade on account - this is strictly on a 30 day payment from date of invoice account and unpaid invoices after 30 days may be subject to interest charges. Please note that the Title of goods does not transfer to you until an invoice has been paid and that the property, goods and title remain that of For Stove Glass until is paid in full.

We currently accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners card. Orders placed by post and paid for by cheque will have the order held until the cheque has cleared.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and UK Mainland Delivery. Unfortunately there will be an additional charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, other Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly along with any orders shipped to Europe.

All orders are subject to availability. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone if any item ordered is not in stock or subject to a delay.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will notify you immediately giving you the option to cancel your order and not have your card charged. If you are happy to wait for the product to come back in stock we will give you a delivery date and keep you informed should this change.

You will always retain the right at any time to cancel your order and have your card refunded.

VAT Charges

Our VAT number (For Outdoors Ltd) is 821 6384 36.

Orders made from the UK include VAT at the UK prevailing rate which is currently 20%.

All other orders made from outside of the UK are VAT free.

Your card details are processed safely and securely through our third party card processing company Opayo using secure servers and 128-bit high level encryption ensuring that the only details that we see are your address and delivery details. At no time are your card details shown to or stored by us.

The same applies if you prefer to order over the telephone where your card details are remotely processed safely and securely through our third party card processing company Opayo using secure servers and 128-bit high level encryption.

Once your order has been processed on our system, and to ensure complete safety is maintained, any card details are completely destroyed leaving us to only see your order, your address and delivery details. At no time are your card details stored by us.

Latest Security Card Payment Measures:
You might or might not be aware of a NEW security card payment measure that has been introduced over the last few years. This is called "PCI DSS" (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and we are glad to say that this is something we at For Stove Glass are fully compliant with.
