Delivery Schedule On receipt of your order we will either call or email you with a delivery date. Most items will be for next day delivery unless indicated otherwise. For next day delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 the previous day. We will notify you by phone or email when you can expect your goods. It is not always necessary to be at home as you can leave a signed note with instructions on where to leave your goods.

A refund will be given immediately we receive the goods in good condition and in there original packaging (less postage or courier cost).
Many of the products are delivered to your door by a carrier. If no-one is in when the carrier calls a card will be left asking you to contact them at their local depot. You can then arrange for another delivery date with the carrier direct. If no contact is made within 14 days, parcels will be returned and an additional charged will be raised for the items to be re-sent.
